Changes to insurance for employees working within or outside of the United States starts by sending an email to human resources. Please email HR@meiyagroup.com with your name, address, and phone number as well as the request you need to make regarding any of your provided employee insurance benefits. If you are also no longer working for Meiay and continue your coverage with plans like Cobra, please include that in your email. Requests take 14 days to process. Please inform HR if your request is urgent for any possible expedited processing.
